Bulky Waste Curbside Cleanup Starts Monday!

Update on 3/26:  HRG has confirmed that the curbside bulky waste collection will proceed as planned starting next Monday, 3/30. Garbage haulers are considered essential employees and Nitti Disposal personnel will be outfitted with face shields and masks in addition to their usual work gear.

Ready for some spring cleaning? New Hope’s biennial curbside cleanup will take place March 30 through
April 8.

Single-family through eight-unit households that pay for curbside recycling service through the city are eligible to participate. Residents will receive a postcard in the mail indicating pickup date and event information.

Acceptable items include: old/unusable furniture, mattresses, carpet, general household junk (up to 100 lbs. per item), vacuum cleaners and appliances.

Items NOT accepted include: electronics (TVs, computers, etc.), hazardous material, paint, railroad ties and tires.

Material must be out by 7 a.m. on the first day of collection in your zone.
