New Hope Residents,

Recently, numerous people received a utility bill that was sent out in error with last September’s consumption and a due date of October. If you received one of these bills, please disregard. The correct bill with January’s due date is being sent out and should arrive in the next few days. If you would like to view your bill sooner please go to our online bill services at newhopemn.gov/utilitybill. Note, for those using automatic payments, your correct bill will be charged on your autopay date, and no additional action is needed.
