The City of New Hope's annual In Focus photo contest is a perfect way to explore what makes New Hope a great place to live, work and play.

This year's categories include People, Places, Wildlife & Nature and a new category- Events & Activities. Photos will be scored by a panel of judges and awards given for the top photos in the four main categories, as well as a special category for youth photographers. Throughout November, community members will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite photo, with the winning photograph awarded the People’s Choice Award.

All photos must be taken by individuals who live, work or go to school in New Hope and the photo must be taken within the city.

The entry period for this year's contest is currently closed.

Online voting for the 2024 In Focus Photo Contest’s People’s Choice Award is open through Dec. 15. More than 30 fantastic entries showcase the beauty of New Hope and what makes it a wonderful community in which to live, work and play.

Winners will be announced at a meeting of the New Hope City Council in January.
