The City is partnering with Metro Blooms and the Conservation Corps of Minnesota to assist New Hope homeowners in managing stormwater on their properties at a reduced cost. The Residential Stormwater Cost Share program in New Hope offers both financial and technical support to residents who undertake stormwater management projects, such as installing a rain garden. These projects must effectively manage stormwater, capture pollutants from runoff and enhance the watershed's capacity to store water.
